New price guideline soon for vehicle repairing in Sabah

Kota Kinabalu: The Sabah Automobile Repairers' Association (Sara), which has about 300 members statewide, said it plans to introduce a new price guideline on services provided by its members.
Its President, Chong Ket Yin, said the new price guideline is still at the discussion stage but is expected to be finalised and implemented within this year.
However, he did not disclose whether vehicle owners would have to pay more or less to have their vehicles repaired or serviced, noting that since 2000 up to now, the repair and service charges of workshops in the State have remained relatively stagnant. ...
